The Lufolk Family: I'm Philip

Hi! I'm Philip Lufolk, the whole world’s village blacksmith. I do what my name suggests; I forge with fire and steel by hand, just like the generations of blacksmiths before me. I make handcrafted jewelry and items inspired by the Viking era, paganism, and Norse mythology.

I'm married to Aliciad. We live in Sweden. My smithy is located in a nearby village from our house where I make all kinds of stuff out of iron, wood and leather—and I love it.

My passion for history and mythology has led me to study these subjects in depth so that I can incorporate their lessons into my craftwork. My goal is to create beautiful pieces that will last for generations and inspire future generations to come. You'll find many pagan symbols on my products—they're not just pretty; they have meaning too!

I love creating things that aren't only beautiful but also useful. I want my work to be part of your home or your life in such a way that it becomes an important part of your story—the story of your experiences together with your family and friends.

I've been making jewelry since I was in high school—first as a hobby and then as a side gig while working full time at another job (for those times when making jewelry wasn't paying the bills). Now that I've retired from my day job, crafting is what pays our bills!

If you like what you see here on my site or if you'd like more information about any of my products, please feel free to email me at Philip@Lufolk.com or use the contact form on my Contact page. I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have and provide more information about any item shown on my website.

Also, if you love Nordic mythology and Viking age history (or if you're just interested in how things were made back then), check out more of my blog and my YouTube channel!
